2.1 AI Technology: The Platform utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to conduct automated interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations. You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected, inappropriate, or inaccurate responses
• AI assessments are tools to assist in hiring decisions and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions
• The AI may ask follow-up questions or make statements that seem unusual or off-topic
• Technical glitches, connectivity issues, or system errors may occur during interviews

3. Interview Recording and Data Collection

3.1 Recording Consent: By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to:

• Audio and video recording of your interview sessions
• Screen recording and monitoring during technical assessments (where applicable)
• Collection of your responses, reactions, and behavioral data during interviews
• Storage and processing of recorded content for assessment and quality purposes

3.2 Data Sharing: You understand that interview recordings and assessments will be shared with potential employers who have posted the relevant job positions. This may include companies in different jurisdictions with varying privacy laws.

4. Platform Risks and Limitations

4.1 Technical Limitations: You acknowledge that:

• The Platform may experience downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions
• AI responses may be inconsistent, biased, or contextually inappropriate
• Interview environments may not perfectly simulate real workplace conditions
• Network connectivity issues may affect interview quality or completion

4.2 Assessment Accuracy: You understand that:

• AI assessments are probabilistic and may not accurately reflect your true capabilities
• Cultural, linguistic, or technological barriers may impact assessment results
• The Platform cannot guarantee fair or unbiased evaluation in all circumstances

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct: You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and during interviews
• Conduct yourself professionally during all Platform interactions
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Platform and other users
• Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or circumvent Platform security measures

5.2 Technical Requirements: You are responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices
• Providing a suitable interview environment free from disruptions
• Testing your technical setup before important interviews

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Platform Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYRR PLATFORM INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use
• Lost opportunities, employment prospects, or career advancement due to Platform limitations
• Emotional distress, frustration, or psychological impact from AI interactions
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions
• Employer decisions based on Platform assessments or recommendations

6.2 Employer Decisions: You acknowledge that hiring decisions remain solely within the discretion of employers, and the Platform serves only as a tool to facilitate the recruitment process. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or interview success.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hyrr Platform Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms
• Your conduct during interviews or interactions with employers
• Any false or misleading information you provide
• Your violation of any third-party rights

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

For users in the United States, these Terms shall also comply with applicable federal and state laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association in the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated, except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
