No. Hyrr drafts a scorecard and interview questions from the job description that comes across from Ashby; it does not import Ashby's interview plans. Your team edits the draft before publishing, so you can carry over the questions and skills you already rely on and add follow-ups to each question.

Can Hyrr assess how Ashby candidates work with AI tools?

Hyrr's Practical AI Fluency assessments are new and rolling out: in-interview AI exercises and hands-on labs that measure how well a candidate works with AI tools. Ask the team whether they are available for your roles yet.

How do we connect Ashby?
