Each open job in Bullhorn comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Do candidates need a Bullhorn login?

No. Candidates never sign in to Bullhorn. Hyrr invites them by email, and they take the interview in a browser, or by phone on jobs where toll-free phone interviews are switched on.

Can our recruiters share a Hyrr interview with a client?

Yes. The report, scores and recording stay in Hyrr, and a recruiter can send the client a read-only share link. Viewing analytics on the link show whether the client has opened it, so the desk knows when to follow up.

How do we connect Bullhorn?

Does Hyrr write results back into Bullhorn?
