Each open job in Lever comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

No. Each open Lever job arrives as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description, and stays a draft until someone on your team reviews and publishes it. No applicants come in for a job that is still a draft.

Can hiring managers who work in Lever review Hyrr interviews?

Yes. Each report, score and recording stays in Hyrr, and a recruiter can send a hiring manager a read-only share link. Hyrr has no seat fees and no limit on hiring managers, so they can also have accounts of their own.

How do we connect Lever?
