An admin opens Organization → Integrations in Hyrr, picks Eightfold and authorizes it in Merge's secure connection window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help.

Open jobs arrive as drafts
Each open job in Eightfold comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Every interview produces a report: each skill scored against your grading guide, the evidence quoted, a scoring trace and the recording, shareable with a read-only link.

Does Hyrr use Eightfold's match scores?

No. Hyrr grades candidates on its own scorecard, drafted from the job description and edited by your team, and screens resumes against that same rubric. Eightfold's matching stays in Eightfold, and Hyrr's interview evidence stays in Hyrr, where hiring teams can read it alongside the recording.

Can we see how each Hyrr score was reached?

Yes. Scores are recomputed in code, and each comes with a scoring trace and decision record: the rubric in force, the evidence quoted per skill, the arithmetic and any deterministic adjustments. Reports can be exported as PDF or Word for review outside Hyrr.

How do we connect Eightfold?

Does Hyrr write results back into Eightfold?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Eightfold. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.

$6 per completed interview, with no seats, no platform fee and no annual minimum. A new account starts with 60 minutes of interview time free, and enterprise teams can ask about volume pricing and onboarding.
