Each open job in JazzHR comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

How often does Hyrr check JazzHR for new jobs and applicants?

Hyrr syncs on a regular schedule without anyone starting it. An admin can also press Sync now in Organization → Integrations to pull new jobs and applicants straight away, for example right after posting a role in JazzHR.

Does Hyrr replace JazzHR?

No. JazzHR stays where you post jobs and track applicants. Hyrr adds the live first interview, a scored report for each interviewed candidate, and resume screening on the same rubric the interview uses. Those results live in Hyrr, where a manager can read them or share a read-only link.

How do we connect JazzHR?

Does Hyrr write results back into JazzHR?
