Each open job in Jobvite comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Jobvite and Hyrr: questions

Can we switch on automatic import for some Jobvite jobs but not others?

Yes. Automatic applicant import has a company-wide setting and a per-job override, so you can turn it on for high-volume roles and leave it off where you would rather invite candidates yourself, by email or with a shared link.

Is every Jobvite applicant interviewed?

Not necessarily. Applicants with a resume are first screened against the job's rubric, the same scorecard and pass bar the interview uses. Applicants without a resume are sent an interview invitation directly. Either way, Hyrr's scores inform your team's decisions; they do not make them.

How do we connect Jobvite?

Does Hyrr write results back into Jobvite?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Jobvite. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
