Each open job in Pinpoint comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Can we add an identity check to Pinpoint roles in regulated industries?

Yes. A government ID and selfie check through Stripe Identity can be switched on per role, and it happens before the first question. Hyrr also writes one plain-language integrity review per interview, linked to the moment in the recording it refers to.

Can Hyrr support the human interview rounds after the first?

Yes. Candidates pick from interview slots your team offers and your team confirms, with invites sent to Google or Microsoft calendars. During the call, Copilot can join Google Meet or Teams with the transcript, the question plan, suggested follow-ups and notes, while a person conducts the interview.

How do we connect Pinpoint?

Does Hyrr write results back into Pinpoint?
