An admin opens Organization → Integrations in Hyrr, picks Recruitee and authorizes it in Merge's secure connection window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help.

Open jobs arrive as drafts
Each open job in Recruitee comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Read the evidence
Every interview produces a report: each skill scored against your grading guide, the evidence quoted, a scoring trace and the recording, shareable with a read-only link.

Does Hyrr work with Tellent Recruitee?

Yes. Recruitee, now branded Tellent Recruitee, connects through Merge like the other recruiting systems Hyrr supports. An admin authorizes it once in Organization → Integrations, and from then on each open Recruitee job is imported as a draft for your team to review.

Can we change or cancel an interview invitation sent to a Recruitee applicant?

Yes. An invitation can be extended if a candidate needs more time, expired, or rescinded if the role changes. Interviews run 24/7, so an invited candidate can start whenever it suits them, and a typical interview lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

How do we connect Recruitee?

An admin connects Recruitee from Organization → Integrations in Hyrr and authorizes it in Merge's secure window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help with that.

Does Hyrr write results back into Recruitee?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Recruitee. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
