Each open job in Recruiterflow comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Do Recruiterflow candidates interview with a person or with AI?

With Hyrr's AI interviewer, in a live, two-way conversation: it listens, answers the candidate's questions, and asks follow-ups based on their answers. Your recruiters review the report afterwards and decide who goes forward to the client; the scores inform that decision rather than make it.

Can each Recruiterflow client have its own interview questions?

Yes. Every job imported from Recruiterflow gets interview questions drafted from its description, and your recruiters can rewrite them and add their own follow-ups before publishing. Each client role keeps its own questions and scorecard.

How do we connect Recruiterflow?
