Each open job in Teamtailor comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Your Teamtailor career site and application stay exactly as they are. Hyrr adds the interview step for jobs you publish in Hyrr: a live, two-way conversation in which candidates can interrupt the interviewer and ask things back.

Can we choose the interviewer's voice for our Teamtailor roles?

Yes. Hyrr offers 30 interviewer voices, and the voice is set for each job, so you can pick the one that fits how you want candidates to hear your company. Choose it when your team reviews the draft job that came over from Teamtailor, before publishing.

How do we connect Teamtailor?
